We are a Nurse Practitioner led mobile clinic. We bring the education, chronic illness management/medication refills, DME ordering, therapy and specialist referrals to you!
Providing you with a safe space
All your appointments will take place in the privacy and comfort of your own home. Trusting family members can also be present for all appointments due to the diligence of our heads up calls, that identify a time and date that works for you.
