At Wright Touch House Calls, we bring primary care directly to you, offering convenience for patients across Lake, Porter, and Jasper Counties in Indiana, as well as Cook County and the Chicago area in Illinois, and the Jacksonville region in Florida. Whether you’re managing chronic conditions, recovering from an illness, or simply need a provider who makes house calls, our team is here to help.
In addition to in-home visits, we also offer telehealth appointments when appropriate, allowing patients to stay connected with their provider, review treatment plans, and receive follow-up care without needing to travel.
